Hi, I’m Mona Aubry

Certified Pilates Instructor and Women’s Health & Wellness Coach


Like many women in my 40s, I reached a point where everything felt out of sync: my energy, workouts, even how I ate. I didn’t feel broken, but I felt disconnected. So, I paused. I listened. I rebuilt.
